| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard, please see Credit Card Security paragraph. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone or internet. If you are outside the UK or US full payment by bank transfer is required plus a £15 international processing fee. IBAN and SWIFTBIC available on request by email. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule All our trophies, shields, figures, medals, clocks and gifts can be engraved with your details. This process takes between 5 and 12 working days. Delivery is by insured next day courier service for the mainland UK or post for small quantities of medals. International orders take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive once dispatched. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If the goods are damaged please notify us within 5 days by email so we can send you a replacement. Please return the goods in the same packaging that your replacement item was sent in or you may be charged for the replacement. Sheffield Golf Trophies do not refund postal charges for returns unless a replacement item is being sent. Personalised awards cannot be refunded unless the engraved area can be detached and can be retained as this will not be refunded.
