Delivery Service Options
We offer several delivery options for the UK. The service days are a guide for us to work with as to how to prioritse the orders. We always do our best to meet required for dates you can enter when ordering each item.
4 Day service example - Order Monday up to 3pm, receive receipt email to check details. Tuesday receive order confirmation and payment cleared email. Product forwarded from warehouse. Wednesday - products engraved. Thursday Product Dispatched. Product received Friday.
5 Day service example - Order Wednesday up to 3pm, receive receipt email to check details. Thurssday receive order confirmation and payment cleared email. Product forwarded from warehouse. Monday - product engraved. Tuesday Product Dispatched. Product received Wednesday/Thursday.
7 Day service example - Order Monday up to 3pm, receive receipt email to check details. Tuesday receive order confirmation and payment cleared email. Wednesday - product forwarded from warehouse. Thursday/Friday - product engraved. Monday/Tuesday Product Dispatched. Product received Wednesday/Thursday.
Bank holidays - These national holidays include our workforce too. Our staff look forawrd to the break but not the aftermath of rush orders. Please plan for bank holidays as missed working days and periods of high sporting activity. |
